Collab post
A collab post is a single Instagram post published to two accounts at once, appearing in both feeds with both names on it.
What it does not tell you
It is one post with one set of numbers, shared, rather than two posts. That makes it genuinely useful for a brand and creator working together, since both audiences see the same thing and the engagement pools instead of splitting. It also means the reporting question of whose post it was does not have a clean answer, so agree in advance who is measuring what.
