No. Synclify's plans are paid, and you can cancel whenever you like. A link in bio page is free, with no card. The Video editor also works without a plan, paid per edit.

• Every screen in the product is free to use: dashboards, charts, exports and reports. They do not run out and are not part of any plan's allowance.
• Asking the assistant a question is one agent action, whether it reads or writes.
• 45 heavier tools add a stated surcharge and say their price before they run.

Yes. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for and you keep full access until then. There is no notice period, no exit fee and no call to sit through. Cancelling ends the billing; it does not delete your account or your data.

Nothing locks: your dashboards, charts, reports and every conversation you have already had keep working, and none of that is metered. There are three separate allowances and each runs out on its own. They refill every billing month.

• Agent actions: the assistant stops until the allowance resets.
• Studio images: an image beyond your plan's share uses 1 credit, or use gradients, flat colours and your own photos.
• AI replies: keyword automations keep running untouched.
• Behind the numbers on the pricing page sit two fair-use ceilings, one daily and one monthly, both set far above ordinary use.
• A question that fails in the chat is not charged. A scheduled routine or a background job is charged when it starts, whether or not it finishes.

Usually not. Fees you have already paid are not refunded, with two exceptions: where the law requires it, and where we discontinued something you had paid for in advance, in which case we refund the part you did not get. If you think you were charged in error, email us and a person will look at it.

Credits pay for anything beyond your plan: Autopilot's reels and pictures, extra Studio images, Studio clips and Video editor edits, and they are separate from every plan. A credit is ₹10 plus GST, or 11 cents outside India. Monthly credits start at 120 a month and reset at each renewal. On the web a top-up of 120, 240 or 600 credits lasts to the end of your next billing cycle. Top-ups bought in the iPhone app never expire.

• An edit is priced by its finished length, from 120 credits up to 30 seconds to 520 for 3 minutes, with one round of changes included.
• A Studio video uses 20 credits for every 8 seconds made, so a 15 second video is 40. A change costs the same as the video it changes, and making it longer uses 20. Drawing the opening frame is free, up to 3 tries.
• If an edit or a clip fails on our side, its credits come back automatically.
• Packs bought before 18 October 2026 keep their 12 months and are spent with your top-ups, the soonest to expire first.
• An image beyond your plan's share uses 1 credit.
• The Video editor works on a free account, with the Studio clips and images you make inside an edit. Studio on its own needs a plan. Credits are bought on the web or in the iPhone app.

Because most of the people paying it can claim the tax back, and quoting it inside the price hides that from them.

• Rupee prices are what we receive. 18% GST is added at checkout, and the total is shown before you pay.
• Add your GSTIN in Settings and it goes on the invoice, so a registered business reclaims the whole 18% as input credit and the plan costs exactly the listed price.
• If you are not registered, the tax is a real extra cost, and the checkout shows you the full figure before you commit.
• Prices in US dollars for customers outside India are an export of services and carry no Indian GST. In India you can also pay in US dollars: 18% GST is added and you get an Indian invoice.
