When they post and how it went

Three things to fix first

  1. Reels get about three times the likes and comments of single photos, but they are only a third of the posts. Make the next five reels.
  2. Nine in ten captions ask for nothing. End the next posts with one ask: save it, share it, or comment a word.
  3. Put a searchable word in the name field, like "Home workouts". Instagram search reads it.

What you get

Five scores and a plan, from public numbers.

Every area is scored only when there is enough to judge it. An area we cannot judge is left out of the total, not counted as zero.
  • Posting rhythm

How often the account posts against a target of 36 posts in 90 days, and its longest gap.

  • Format mix

How much is reels, carousels and single photos, and which format gets the most likes and comments.

  • Engagement for its size

Likes and comments per follower, against Synclify accounts of the same size when at least 20 of them exist.

  • Hit rate

Which posts did three times the account's usual, and what those posts have in common.

  • Profile and captions

The bio, the link in bio, a searchable name, and how many captions ask people to do something.

  • Three things to fix first

A short, plain list written from the scores above, so you know where to start this week.

The heatmap

When they post, and how it went.

Every day and hour the account posted, shaded by the likes and comments those posts got against its own best hour. It shows when the account posts, not when its audience is online, and the audit says so.

Honest about the limits

What a public audit cannot see.

Instagram only shares some numbers about an account with anyone outside it. These need the account connected, which is what a plan does.
  • Reach and how many people saw each post
  • Saves and shares
  • Profile visits and link taps
  • Follower growth over time
  • Who the audience is: age, city and gender
  • Stories, watch time and DMs

The audit never claims bought likes or fake followers about anybody. It reports what the numbers show.

How it works

Three steps, about a minute.

  1. 1

    Make an account

An email and a password, or Google. No card for the audit.

  2. 2

    Verify your email

One click on the link we send, so each audit belongs to a real person.

  3. 3

    Type a handle

Yours or someone else's. The audit is ready in a few seconds and saved for you.

The audit is saved as it was on the day it ran. It does not refresh, and there is nothing to export. A plan unlocks the full analysis of your own account.
