Use cases
Manage multiple Instagram accounts
Run several Instagram accounts from one place, with a separate workspace per account so nothing from one client can appear in another.
Agencies and social media managers holding more than three accounts, and creators running a personal account beside a brand one.
What it costs you today
- A browser tab per account, and logging out of one to answer the other
- Posting to the wrong account at least once, which everybody does eventually
- No single view of which accounts still need something this week
How it runs instead
- 01One workspace per accountEach account is its own workspace with its own data. A person only reaches the workspaces you put them in, so somebody working on one client cannot see another, including the fact that the other exists.
- 02Ask across the rosterAsk which accounts have nothing scheduled, or which slipped against their own normal week, and get the answer for the whole book rather than checking each one.
- 03Work in one account at a timeWriting, scheduling and replies happen inside a workspace, so the account being worked on is never ambiguous. This is the part that stops a post going to the wrong place.
- 04Approvals before anything publishesA post can require sign-off from a named role before it goes out, so a junior can draft the week without being able to publish it.
Where it stops
It is Instagram only. If part of your roster is on TikTok or LinkedIn, those accounts are not managed here and will not be.
