Autopilot: your Instagram, run for you
Synclify now plans your month, makes the posts, writes the captions and posts them. You decide how much you approve.
In this piece
Most accounts don't go quiet because people run out of ideas. They go quiet because the week fills up. Planning, shooting, editing, writing and posting are five separate jobs, and Instagram wants all of them every week.
Autopilot takes those jobs off your plate. Before each month starts, it reads your posts, your results and your topics and lays the month out week by week, and you see that plan before anything gets made.
Then it makes the posts: reels from your photos and products, reels cut from footage you hand over, carousels in your brand's colours and fonts, with captions written in your voice. Each post is checked before it goes out. Facts need a source, your never-say words stay out, nothing repeats an earlier post, text stays clear of Instagram's buttons, and the music is cleared.
Posts go out at your audience's best measured hour, within the daily limit you set. If you schedule something yourself, Autopilot works around it.
How much you approve is up to you. There are three checkpoints: the plan, the finished posts, and the day before each one goes out. At each of them you pick Ask me, Tell me first or Just do it. On WhatsApp the plan, the week and tomorrow's heads-up come with buttons, so approving or stopping takes one tap.
Every post is measured once it's a week old and compared with your usual numbers. What worked shapes the next plan, and a format that keeps falling short gets fewer slots. A month you've already approved stays the way you approved it.
You can pause from the web app, the iPhone app, or by typing "pause autopilot" on WhatsApp. Spending stops at the cap you set. Pausing stops the work but not the bill, so your monthly credits still reset and you can spend them on anything else.
What it costs
Autopilot has no fee of its own. Your plan covers the planning, captions, posting and its images. Reels and anything beyond the plan are paid in credits, and the calculator on the Autopilot page shows a month's credits before you start.
Who it's for
Creators who want to keep posting through the weeks they can't, brands without a content team, and agencies running many clients from one screen.
You have read how it works. Now watch it read yours.
Connect your Instagram and ask it one question. It reads the account first, so the first answer is about your posts rather than about Instagram in general.
